RETURNS

Jewelry that has been worn, damaged, altered, or exposed to water or chemicals may not be eligible for return.

REFUNDS

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be final sale and cannot be returned. This may include worn jewelry, personalized items, sale items, or other designated final-sale products.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
